Have you forgotten (or lost) your username and/or password?
When you enrolled with Pinnacle Safety and Training, you provided us an email. Your login details were emailed to this address. If you haven't received them, you should check your Spam/Junk email folders.
If they aren't there, you should try to reset your password by clicking here.
Enter your email address in the email box and click 'search'. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.
If you still don't receive an email, please call us on 1300 990 810 between 7:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Brisbane, Australia time.
- Is the page displaying the error 'Invalid login, please try again'?
You should check that you are using the username and password provided to you by Pinnacle Safety and Training in your enrolment email.
If this password combination isn't working, you should click here to reset your password.
- I have reset my password and it is still displaying 'Invalid login, please try again'!
Has it been more than 12 months since you enrolled? If so, your enrolment period may have ended. Please contact us on 1300 990 810 to discuss your re-enrollment options.
Have you already completed your course? You are unable to access your course once you have completed it.
- I am trying to log in, but it keeps saying 'Please enable cookies to log in' or 'Please enable cookies in your browser'. What does this mean?
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your computer by a website. Pinnacle Safety and Training's eLearning system needs cookies to be enabled so that we can remember when you have logged in. These pieces of information are deleted when you close the eLearning system window.

Unfortunately, Pinnacle Safety and Training is unable to provide over-the-phone technical assistance related to your personal computer setup. If you require technical support, you can search for computer support nearby here.
- 'Your site is displaying funny - content won't load, it freezes or it just keeps showing me a spinning circle everytime I click'!
You need to make sure that your internet speed is fast enough to support our learning system. Generally, this will require a speed faster than 256k. Dial-up (56k) and ISDN (128k) are unacceptable.
If you are using a wireless or mobile device, you should check that you are in at least a 3G service area. GSM (2G), GPRS, and EDGE are, in general, unsuitable speeds for undertaking our learning online.
If the content won't load or is displaying in an unusual way, you should ensure that your flash player and Java are running the most recent versions available.
